You did not posted your GUID.
If you don't have an xfire account, then you cannot join to xfire community.
And about last level get to r-game is not 30, if I'm not mistaken, you had level.41.

You need this:
1. Xfire account (need to join to xfire account)
2. Your GUID, (need to allow you to wear the tag, or you'll get kicked automatically)
